The Textile Space: createandmake

The Textile Space: createandmake

Very excited to write about a new venue/learning space that’s available in my neck of the woods. It’s called ‘The Textile Space‘ and is a venue where you can go and learn about printing making, felt making, making, design..all things related to textile in a friendly, but professional environment.

It’s based in Charlton on the Goodwood estate, and run by Deborah Harwood and Claire Tyler.  The Textile Space is run in an old refurbished 18th century listed barn. The space is bright, light and airy, and very well resourced.

The Textile Space run workshops for adults and children, beginners or pros and bring all things textile under one roof.
