WIPS – Untitled Ink Drawing

21/04/2011

Ink Drawing progress

Here is one of the ink drawings I have been working on for my show. This has been drawn out using Rotring Isograph pens, a 3.5 and 2.5 on Daler & Rowney 230gm acrylic paper. As yet I don’t have a title. I am useless at coming up with titles, so if you have any ideas, then shout out.

I love all the detail that goes into your drawings like this Lorrie. I just kept thinking “under the sea’ but that’s pretty boring so then I came up with Garden of Atlantis! Ok, ok it’s tacky but the best I can do at 6 a.m.!!

Thanks Melanie. Yep, I am pretty much a dedicated Rotring user. Since I was a student in fact, some of my pens are over 20 years old.

“Intermingle” has a nice ring to it Lorrie as they look like they are gathering for an evening of fun and happiness.
