About a year ago, I ran a competition to win a bumber set of my prints and postcards, and Stéphanie Kilgast of PetitPlat Food Art was the winner. She has recently moved, and having got her studio the way she wants it, has included two of the prints she won amongst her gallery on the wall above her desk. I am very honoured to be included in some good company, so thank you Stéphanie. Oh, and I should mention, that Stéphanie makes the most AMAZING miniature food as jewellery and ‘food art’, the detail is astonishing, you should really check it out.
It’s slightly disturbing how much I want to eat Stéphanie’s rings…!
Hahahahaha…me too. Have you checked out her latest stuff on Flickr and her blog. Her candy stall layout looks to realistic to be true. What I find amazing, is the detail she achieves in her minatures.
Aaaw thanks for the feature 😀
But it’s PetitPlat without an “e” ^^
Hi there hun…
My pleasure, and I have ammended the spelling mistake 🙂
wow! at first glance i’m most impressed by the kiwis–the way she captured their translucence is just perfect! amazing!
I know. If you go to her website or blog, you could be easily mistaken for thinking that it is real food.
you’re getting on a few walls these days! 😀 And yes, I’d be tempted to eat those rings too 😉
Haha…cheers 😉 You know, if I got one of those rings, Orla would have it away immediately!
