I would like to introduce one of my favourite artists (and a very nice person as well), whose unique and refreshing style of illustration, though very different to mine, I always find very inspiring and a delight to look at. Her name is Melanie Chadwick of Mellybee Illustration.   Melanie’s style of illustration is very light, refreshing, quirky, individual and fun. I met Melanie some time ago when she came across my MOO cards (on Flickr I think) and we struck up a correspondence. She was kind enough to feature my art on her blog last year. Melanie has a degree in Fine Art, and has exhibited her work all over the country, her more traditional work featuring the landscapes of Scotland (where she lived for a while) and Cornwall, her current home.
