End of Summer + New School Year

04/09/2015

So, we left Cornwall a week ago, and already it seems like ages ago now.  Despite the lousy weather, family rows (needless to say) and having spent a lot more time indoors than we would have liked, it was still lovely to be there. Polperro as ever, retains it’s rustic charm. We didn’t do all the trips that we had planned, though we did manage a trip to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, which was every bit as gorgeous and interesting as I had hoped. Sadly, due to back issues, I was not able to walk around all of the gardens, but Luke and Orla did.  I think she loved the jungle and Mud Maid best. What shots I managed to take will be uploaded at some future point.

To be honest, she isn’t that well, and could really have done with a day at home. But, the first words from her lips upon waking this morning were ‘PIRATE DAAAAAY‘, so that was not to be thought of at all!!!
