Frost comes to call..

You know, I love frosty mornings. Despite that a hard frost means cold, cold, cold. I have always found a frosty landscape somewhat magical, and my Orla shares that view. 🙂 Here are some shots I have taken with my phone while out walking (using Instagram and Pudding Camera, how I LOVE a smart phone). I feel some frosty inspired art coming on soon. 🙂

Autumn Leaves

Today I went for a little walk with my camera after the school run. Because Orla has been so poorly in the last couple of weeks, I have barely left the house, so I decided I needed some fresh air and sun on my face. It’s so lovely to finally be seeing all the Autumn colours we have been waiting for.  However, given the lateness of the season, sadly the leaves are falling as fast as they are turning, so that many of the trees are already fairly denuded. Alas, his year we will only get to enjoy all those lovely russet and golden hues for a very short while.
